Once you send your transcript over, I will confirm receipt and begin your turnaround time. 

I’m available weekdays and weekends. If I can’t accept a job, I’ll give notice as soon as possible and can provide trusted backup proofreaders if needed. 

I use an iPad with iAnnotate to annotate transcripts, so please send files as PDFs. If you need to convert a file to a PDF, CutePDFWriter is an easy and free option. 

Please ensure your transcript is fully scoped before sending it over. This helps prevent additional fees and lets me focus my time on carefully catching errors instead of addressing scoping issues. 

Please send me your preference sheet if you have one. If you do not have one, I will proofread for readability, missing or misspelled words, and consistency.

• I only send back pages with annotations so you can spend less time reviewing my corrections. 
• Feedback is always welcome! Communication is key to a great working relationship, and I’m open to any feedback so I can continue providing an even better experience for future transcripts.

I bill invoices the 1st of every month, with payment due within 15 days of the invoice date. Invoices are sent via the Wave app. For new and one-time job clients, billing occurs after the first job is completed. Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, or credit card.
