Once I receive your job, I will always confirm receipt and begin the turnaround time.

I’m available weekdays and weekends. If I can’t accept a job, I’ll give notice as soon as possible and can provide trusted backup proofreaders if needed. 

I use an iPad with iAnnotate to annotate transcripts, so please send files as PDFs. If you need to convert a file to a PDF, CutePDFWriter is an easy and free option. 

Please ensure your transcript is fully scoped before sending it to me, so no additional fees are applied. 

Send me your preference sheet if you have one. If not, I can provide one, or I’ll annotate using standard practices to keep your transcript clear and readable.

• I only send back pages with annotations, so you can spend less time reviewing my corrections.

I bill invoices the first week of every month, with payment due within 15 days of the invoice date. Invoices are sent via the Wave app. For new and one-time job clients, billing occurs after the first job is completed. Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or credit card.
